выпуск прав, выпуск дополнительных акций (облигаций, конвертируемых в акции), размещаемый среди акционеров
CORP выпуск новых акций компании для размещения среди существующих акционеров пропорционально количеству принадлежащих им акций, обычно по льготной цене (exercise price). Акционеры, имеющие преимущественное право на приобретение акций получают письмо (allotment letter, rights letter (rights letter of allotment)) с предложением купить или подписаться на дополнительные акции; они могут:
1) принять предложенные права (take up the rights); 2) продать свое право на еще не оплаченные акции (nil-paid rights) путем продажи полученного письма о праве на приобретение акций; 3) не использовать право приобретения новых акций
ср. RU выпуск новых акций, размещаемых по закрытой подписке среди акционеров пропорционально количеству принадлежащих им акций
